What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced security professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security operations within a Forbes 5-Star environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests, team members, and hotel assets. This individual must possess strong leadership skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation and crisis response.

The ideal candidate has:

• Previous experience in a security leadership role within a luxury hotel or Forbes-rated property
• A strong understanding of emergency procedures, risk management, and crisis response in a hospitality setting
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to uphold the highest safety standards
• A commitment to guest service, ensuring security measures align with a luxury hospitality experience
• Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and best practices related to hotel security
• The ability to lead, train, and mentor security team members in a professional and supportive manner
• Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs

Required Certifications:

• FLSD - COF - T89 License
• OSHA General Industry Authorized Trainer

Preferred Certifications:

• CLSD
• CPP
