HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Find opportunities for process improvements and development to facilitate the operational support and delivery of the Hilton Honors program.
  • Ensure hotels are properly reimbursed for hotel rewards, analyze and research reimbursement reports and critical metrics, and resolve hotel reward reimbursement issues.
  • Capture appropriate data or information from key partners and all meaningful sources (Honors, Global Distribution Management (GDM), Revenue Management, Brands, Team Members, hotels, Corporate Training, Partnerships, Hilton Reservations and Customer Care (HRCC), Legal, databases and web-based applications, etc.)
  • Maintain and/or utilize Hilton internal and web-based systems such as Tally, Reward Reimbursement Engine, and other systems as necessary for entering, storing, and maintaining information.
  • Analyze data and reports in support of Extraordinary Demand Dates, SRPs, Hotel Builds, Reward Reimbursement, Monthly Invoices, meaningful metrics, and Tally.
  • Enter data and/or process information using OnQ, CRS, GPM, The Lobby, Hilton Worldwide University, Reward Reimbursement Engine, Tally, and other systems and applications.
  • Perform quality control to ensure all policies and procedures are documented and incorporated into the appropriate systems (Reward Reimbursement Engine, OnQ Rate & Inventory, and Tally), processes (Extraordinary Demand Dates and SRP Rules), and materials to improve the overall operation.
  • Identify trends or issues related to reward reimbursement, resolve reward discrepancies, and monitor and analyze bonus usage.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work with the Hilton Honors leadership team, loyalty operations team, and multiple cross-functional teams to successfully onboard new brand partnership agreements.
  • Present updates and any challenges to leadership teams.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and several quarterly department meetings.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

  • Develop methods to monitor and reduce Program costs through efficient processes and reporting.
  • Create and develop presentations, procedural updates, and program documentation to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience in an analytical role
  • Advanced Excel understanding
  • Understanding and knowledge of the basic financial concepts and terminology (calculate percentages)

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management fields
  • Hospitality industry experience
