What are we looking for?
An Analyst, Feasibility & Investment Analysis – Asia Pacific serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Four-year college degree from a leading hospitality management school
  • Prior internships or full-time work experience within hotel consulting, valuations, investments, asset management, or similar
  • Hotel operations experience
  • Fluency in English, first-class communicator
  • Foreign language skills (especially Hindi or any regional Indian language)
  • Strong data management/analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within teams
  • Strong information technology skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities and working knowledge of other analytical tools.
  • Understanding of and ability to apply principles of corporate finance
  • Working knowledge of the Uniform System of Accounts for Hotels
  • Understanding of principles of highest and best use and land economics
  • Understanding and application of valuation techniques to real estate and ongoing concerns
  • Working knowledge of regional hotel markets
  • Working knowledge of hotel industry brands
  • Understanding of and ability to utilize probability theory and statistical techniques for business purposes
  • Ability to conduct fieldwork in regional markets to determine site and market utility.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize them, and communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations.
  • Ability to embrace a team player role with other departments, demonstrate initiative, and ownership of projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the department and Hilton professionally in various situations, including those involving external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to contribute to projects (i.e. recommendation of facilities, amenities, meeting space, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, including clearly explaining complex analytical topics to a wide audience who may or may not be familiar with analytics or the subject matter.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple concurrent demands, and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
