The Guest Service team is currently seeking a collaborative team player to be their next Parking Attendant (Cashier). This position is responsible for greeting guests and processing all parking transactions and associated fees in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • At least one (1) year of previous hospitality experience.
  • At least one (1) year of cashiering experience
  • Ability to multi-task and manage high volume.
  • The ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Most importantly a service heart to deliver a high level of service to our guests!

Classification:  Full-Time

Schedule:  Full availability, morning, evening, weekends and holidays

The hourly wage:  $24.84 - $31.05


What will I be doing?

As a Parking Attendant (Cashier) you would be responsible for greeting guests and processing all parking transactions and associated fees in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Total, process and collect payments from guests and all parking transactions to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, managing a bank, reporting discrepancies, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards, vouchers and credits
  • Operate and manage the parking booth area
  • Maintain accurate records of parking-related charges and fees including, but not limited to parking rates, validations, accrued parking time, vehicles in the hotel's care, etc.
  • Manage flow of traffic, as needed
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
