Analyst, Accounts Payable

What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Exceptional critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Ability to effectively balance multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience in high volume accounts payable or data analysis
• Proficient in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables & V-Lookups)
• Experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems
• Coupa, SAP, Ariba or integrated purchasing system experience

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Three (3) years of experience in accounts payable or data analysis
• Hospitality industry experience
