HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Successfully route calls and emails to appropriate Team Members on behalf of the SVP. 
  • Build business letters, agendas, and presentations, typically using Microsoft Office
  • Ensure all daily operational functions of the department are completed efficiently. You will also handle inventory control for collateral and supplies
  • Support all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment, and storage
  • Help prepare scheduled reports to include submitting and reconciling expense reports. 
  • Troubleshoot IT issues

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Build partnerships with internal America Sales departments to resolve daily administrative challenges
  • Schedule and balance all meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities for the SVP, while performing multifaceted general office support
  • Demonstrate the company values through stakeholder, client, and internal and partner relations
  • Support and deliver great service to other leaders as assigned

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

  • Implement and monitor programs as advised by the SVP and management and see the programs through to completion 
  • Be the liaison between several departments within America Sales

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Four (4) years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Type 40 words per minute (wpm)
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree 
  • Experience in Sales Discipline
  • Experience working within a matrixed corporate environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Visio and Access
  • Based/Relocating to District of Columbia/Maryland/Virginia
