What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Highly enthusiastic and passionate about administrative and coordination-related tasks
  • Assist with the coordination of all activities associated with key meetings, including but not limited to brand conference and owner’s advisory councils
  • Assist with drafting brand-related communications for internal and external partners
  • Schedule meetings and complete arrangements for meeting venues and food & beverage requirements; schedule and host webinars
  • Design and prepare departmental reports using enterprise tools as needed
  • Help support All Suites and Focused Service brands on special initiatives and projects working closely with other brands in and out of the category to complete needed tasks
  • Matrix-navigation skills among large and complex organizations with a commitment to meet deadlines
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A blend of both creative and analytical thinking skills
  • Complete special projects as required

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of administrative experience
  • Two (2) years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel up to 10%

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Associates Degree and/or BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years in a customer support, administrator, or coordinator role in a dynamic environment
  • Experience using Concur travel and expense system
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including the following: building macros, v-lookup tables, and data manipulation
