HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Route calls and emails to appropriate Team Members on behalf of the VP.
  • Build business letters, agendas, and presentations, typically using Microsoft Office.
  • Ensure all daily operational tasks of the department are completed efficiently. You will also handle inventory control for collateral and supplies.
  • Support all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment, and storage.
  • Help prepare scheduled reports to include submitting and reconciling expense reports.
  • Assist with meeting and offsite event planning and logistics.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Build partnerships with internal departments to resolve daily administrative challenges.
  • Schedule and balance all meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities for the VP, while performing multifaceted general office support.
  • Demonstrate the company values through stakeholder, client, and internal and partner relations.
  • Support and deliver great service to other leaders as assigned.

What projects will you take ownership of:

  • Implement and monitor programs as advised by the VP and management and see the programs through to completion.
  • Be the liaison between several departments within Commercial Services.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience
  • Experience working in an administrative support role
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

It would be useful if you have:

  • Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Experience working within a matrixed corporate environment
