HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Work on meaningful projects, participate in learning and development opportunities and join in networking and social events with other Team Members and fellow interns.
- Provide support to the team you are assigned through the program, which could include preparing reports, and presentations, conducting research and gathering data.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and help develop new ideas and solutions.
- Utilize excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Create a final presentation together with your manager and team.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Can commit to a full 10-week program (40 hours per week) onsite in one of our corporate offices located in McLean, VA, Dallas, TX, or Memphis, TN.
- Sophomore or junior of a post-secondary education program; or has less than one (1) year of professional experience.
It would be useful if you have:
- Held a leadership role in your community or engaged with a student-run organization.
- Internship or work experience in hospitality or customer service (e.g. server, front desk, volunteer, coach)
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of programming/coding languages
- Curiosity about different technology disciplines
