Vice President, Architecture Design & Construction - CALA

• Experience in hotel architecture, design, and delivery across all ownership models
• Capable of understanding change order cost implications and using them to make business decisions
• The ability to read and understand design information, construction standards, architectural and engineering construction documents, specifications, construction submittals, etc.
• Strong balance of commercial focus and development savviness
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural and international environment
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Location: This position will be ideally located in Miami, FL, or within the Central American/Latin American region (CALA)

To fulfill this role successfully, you should have the following minimum qualifications:

• Ten years of Hospitality Architecture, Project Management, Construction, and Design experience
• Ten years of Managerial, Supervisory, or Project experience with teams of over 10 people
• In-depth knowledge of AD&C
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft, and Adobe; Word, Excel, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Up to 60-80% of international travel

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree
• Fifteen years of Hospitality Project Management, Architecture, Design, and/or Construction experience
• Architectural, Engineering, Project Management, or Interior Design licenses or certificates
• Experience with large resorts, All-Inclusive and residential projects
• Language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French
