What are we looking for? 

A Team Member Kitchen Sous Chef serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: 

• High School diploma or equivalent. 

• 2 years of experience in a similar position in international brand hotel properties. 

• Experienced in Kitchen team management. 

• Knowledgeable of hygiene, safety and food ingredients. 

• Able to train and inspire the team to achieve / out-perform with good food cost control. 

• Good team player, strong ownership and self-motivated team player. 

• Work well in stressful situations, remaining calm under pressure and able to solve problems. 

• Good communication with all other team members. 

• Basic computer software knowledge
