The Hilton portfolio of hotels is comprised of 24 industry-leading and world-class brands. A dedicated team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, lead our Brands organization with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio.

This position will add to the recently established Brand Operations function in Asia Pacific (APAC), launching, regionalizing, and evolving brand health initiatives and Quality Assurance (QA) operations to protect the integrity of our hotels across the APAC portfolio of Brands.


HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

  • Involve in consultative solution engagements with internal and external stakeholders to secure the future of enhancements made to Hilton’s Brand Operations Support System (BOSS platform).
  • Collaborate with product managers and software engineering teams to assist in the planning and execution of product development roadmaps.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, documentation, and prioritization of features and functionalities.
  • Assist in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders by effectively communicating product requirements.
  • Translate business requirements and create solution architectures that best leverage the Salesforce platform and are in line with Salesforce best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product requirement documents, user stories, knowledge base articles, and technical specifications.
  • Assist in conducting user testing, gathering feedback, and translating findings into actionable product enhancements.
  • Involve in the future configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Brand Operation Projects. Assist in building and testing enhancements, proofing and loading checklists, and enabling smooth technology processes overall.
  • Conduct research into the team’s use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions. 
  • Provide ongoing maintenance support including business and technical support for enhancements, and minor to major bug fixes.
  • Complete projects as assigned by Brand Support.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of SFDC (Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud) experience 
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Developer
  • Prior experience (internships or entry-level roles) in product management, software development, or a related technical field is preferred
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • Previous experience in a user support role
  • Ability to translate a business requirement into a specific technical solution
  • Ability to communicate and write a technical concept
  • Ability to listen, gather inputs and suggest actionable insights
  • Self-driven, execute assigned projects independently and proactively seeing them through to completion
  • Proactive approach to identifying and problem solving 
  • Proficient in data manipulation and comfortable in quantitative analysis
  • Organized and structured approach to prioritize activities efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and manage or support the independent work of others as appropriate
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information

It would be useful if you have:

  • Knowledge of hotel operations or similar. This may include front and back of the house operations in hotels, resorts, theme parks or other entertainment venues, as well as free-standing or integrated F&B operations.
  • Knowledge of Brand Standards and SOP structures
  • Knowledge of programming languages, software development processes, and technology stacks
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and collaboration platforms
