What will I be doing?
As a Team Member Accommodation Supervisor, you will ensure the cleanliness, upkeep, and comfort of staff living areas. Specifically, you will:
Allocate work duties to Team Members for cleaning and maintenance of accommodation areas.
Conduct routine inspections of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Report and follow up on any maintenance issues or defects in the accommodation facilities.
Inspect service areas, storage rooms, corridors, and recreational areas regularly.
Schedule and supervise deep cleaning, seasonal projects, and any refurbishment work.
Train and manage Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
Oversee stock control and ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and available.
Provide a safe, hygienic, and comfortable living environment for all team members.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and accommodation guidelines at all times.

- Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
- A successful track record of managing a team
- Strong organizational and analytic skills
- An attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Proficiency, preferred, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
