A Talent Acquisition Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar within the hotel or hospitality industry
Excellent English language skills
People person with a genuine drive to find talent
Passionate for Hospitality and delivering excellent candidates experience
Self-driven and capable of multitasking with high attention to details and accuracy
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality staffing requirements
Excellent communication and people skills
