The Hilton Anaheim is looking for a Storeroom Clerk to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of and accepting all purchased products into the hotel, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Your attention to detail will help support an excellent guest experience while contributing to the hotel’s overall profitability.

Our property has 1,574 rooms, is newly renovated and located in the heart of California's famous Orange County, adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from the Disneyland Resort.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • A hospitable and friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to guest service.
  • A minimum of 6 months Customer Service experience.
  • Previous Storeroom experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Smart Spend Purchasing system or similar. (on-site training will be provided)

     

 

Shift Pattern: Full-Time 

Shift: 6:30am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Range: $22.78 to $28.47 per hour (based on applicable and specialized experience and location)

 


What will I be doing?

 

As a Storeroom Clerk, you would be responsible for verifying the accuracy of and accepting all purchased products into the hotel to deliver an excellent guest experience and to maximize profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Verify the accuracy and accept all purchased products into the hotel
  • Assist in the daily operation of the storeroom to include, but not limited to, receiving and placing products, reconciling received items to purchase orders to verify accuracy, rotating stock, conducting inventory and issuing and delivering items to departments
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations regarding storage, safety and sanitation
