What does success look like for this role:

The Procurement Executive Food & Beverage must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation: 

·         Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, across a significant multi-site or corporate estate, ideally in a hospitality environment

·          Ability to read, write and speak English and Italian fluently

·         Complete knowledge of food and beverage category, preferably within the hospitality industry

·         Considerable mathematical skills

·         Strong administrative & analytical skills  

·         Strong negotiation & communication skills

·         Strong ability to work under own initiative and in a ‘hands on’ capacity

·         Ability to visually evaluate specifications
