Sports & Activities Supervisor - Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah
What are we looking for?
A Sport & Activities Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Ability to work weekends and various shifts
- Ability to lead, instruct and coach activities
- Excellent grooming standards
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to develop team members and self
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
- Knowledgeable in multiple sports with the ability to teach most of them
- Working knowledge, without assistance, of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel computer programs
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Degree in relevant area
- Minimum of two years related experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel
- Passion for customer service
- Relevant fitness and pool qualifications
