What are we looking for?

We believe success will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Ability to build relationships and work closely with partners across the enterprise – at all levels
  • Knowledgeable with technology and exploring new ways to improve team efficiency
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver work products on time in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with the development of presentations and Excel files with medium levels of complexity.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • High School Graduate/GED
  • One (1) year of experience at our company working with Owners, Hotel Teams, or within support functions
  • Two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Office products.
  • Up to 5% of travel

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two (2) years project management experience, and two (2) years working with technology platforms such as Medallia or Salesforce
  • Three (3) years of experience working in the Hospitality Industry, preferably in a function with exposure to ownership/franchisee community
