Specialist, Brand Hotel Openings & Transitions Greater China & Mongolia – MLA hotels
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate the following attributes and skills:
· Proactive approach to identifying and problem solving.
· Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in written form.
· Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence to motivate and influence others.
· Be able to prioritize activities efficiently and be effective with Time management to meet deadlines
· Ability to work with a diverse and inclusively team
· High proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Tools including MS Power BI platform and have the ability to develop presentations
· Knowledge of Hilton enterprise tools such as OnQ PIM, Identity Management, Content Gateway, and Salesforce will be advantageous
· Minimum Education: College degree or any combination of education and work experience will be preferred.
· Minimum 2 years of hotel industry (or similar) experience demonstrated handling multiple projects at one time.
· Fluent in written and verbal Mandarin/ business Chinese and English
