A Spa Therapist for Conrad Dubai serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Basic mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels
• Ability to read, writes, speak and understand the English language to communicate effectively with guest and employees
• Thorough organization and supervisory skills proficient in accomplishing the task
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts
• Ability to analyze information and make effective judgments
• Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts
• Ability access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer syste
• Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
• Learning and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
