- Previous experience in a similar role; preferably in a luxury hotel
- Guest centric mindset with a focus on overall satisfaction and providing unique guest experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to meet financial targets
- Willingness to develop team members and self
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
