At the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock, guests come to unwind, recharge, and experience the beauty of Sedona’s red rock landscape. As a Spa Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face of the resort’s spa experience, creating a calm and inviting first impression for every guest. Your role is to ensure each guest’s wellness journey begins smoothly—from booking treatments to guiding them through our spa amenities.
Shift Pattern: flexible to work AM/PM and weekends
Rate of pay: $17.00 per hour

Greets guests promptly and courteously, answers and responds to telephone inquiries, completes program and court registrations, distributes and tracks locker keys and radios, ensures supplies are fully stocked (towels, cups, etc.), distributes loaner/rental equipment and conducts merchandise and juice bar sales.
What will I be doing?
Provide a warm, genuine welcome to spa guests and resort visitors
Schedule and coordinate spa treatments, wellness services, and appointments
Check guests in and out while maintaining a relaxing and organized spa environment
Share knowledge of the spa menu, amenities, and wellness offerings
Support retail sales by recommending spa products that enhance the guest experience
Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure a seamless and elevated service experience
Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and questions
Maintain the serene and professional atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Sedona wellness
