What are we looking for?
A Management Trainee serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or a 3-year diploma education in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Ability to adapt to a range of different work situations.
- Both an independent worker and a team player.
- Able to travel when required and regionally mobile.
Recruitment Timeline:
- Application for this position is open until 26 May 2024.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in-person assessment. The in-person assessment will take place on a specific date in July or August 2024 and candidates must be available to attend the assessment. Final details of the assessment will be informed via email by early July 2024.
- Successful candidate is expected to commence the Program on 1 September 2024.
