Social Media and Content Executive - Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah
A Social Media and Content Executive serves as the primary contact for all social media activities, overseeing online reputation management, content creation, strategic planning, and the daily management of active social channels to ensure an engaging and consistent brand presence.
What will I be doing?
Content Creation & Management
Produce high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), aligning with Waldorf Astoria’s luxury brand standards.
Create Arabic-language content tailored to regional and local cultural preferences while ensuring global brand alignment
Maintain and manage a dynamic content calendar to ensure consistent posting across platforms
Edit and adapt content for various markets, balancing global campaigns with localized messaging
Social Media Monitoring & Engagement
Monitor social media channels daily, responding promptly and appropriately in both Arabic and English.
Engage with guests, followers, and influencers to build brand loyalty and drive conversation
Escalate guest concerns and feedback to relevant teams in a timely manner
Campaign Support
Develop and implement social media campaigns for key hotel promotions, events, and seasonal activities
Support paid social campaigns by assisting with targeting, ad creative, and performance monitoring.
Analytics & Reporting
Track engagement, reach, and ROI across platforms, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting performance against KPIs.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Public Relations and other hotel departments (Sales, F&B, Spa, Events) to align digital strategies.
Coordinate with Hilton regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Trend Analysis & Innovation
Stay up-to-date with global and Middle Eastern social media trends.
Experiment with new formats, tools, and storytelling techniques to maximize audience engagement.
Recommend and test new content formats and platform features to maximize reach and engagement.
