What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Server who is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience and aligned with our commitment to achieving Forbes 5-Star standards. This role requires someone with a refined understanding of high-end service, anticipatory hospitality, and a genuine interest in providing top-tier service in a luxury lobby lounge/restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will bring both knowledge and enthusiasm to the table, engaging guests with a thoughtful and professional approach, ensuring every guest feels valued, and enhancing their dining experience through impeccable service.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Proven experience as a server, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant/lounge setting.
• Ability to engage with guests with a genuine sense of interest, remembering their names and preferences to create a personalized and memorable experience.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering Forbes 5-Star level service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Must possess a valid Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness certification prior to being offered the position.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
