What are we looking for

A Server (In Room Dining) serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or in-room dining service
• A warm, gracious personality with a polished and professional appearance
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide discreet, personalized service within the guest room environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in order delivery and presentation
• Accountable, reliable, and able to perform confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to delivering exceptional levels of guest service

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism

   

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Experience in a luxury hotel in-room dining operation
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette
• International hospitality experience

• Passion for delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences
