Senior Specialist, Internal Communications

What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Proficiency and experience in employee social media platforms
• Experience rolling out and leading technology solutions within the communications space
• Data-driven with experience using numbers and analytics to influence decision making
• Outstanding analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to lead through ambiguity, problem solve, think strategically, and execute efficiently

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of professional work experience 
• One year (1) year of experience building or supporting employee engagement channels and platforms
• One (1) year of data representation, storytelling, analyses, and modeling
• Travel required about 5% of the time

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Five (5) years of relevant work experience
