Senior Specialist Engagement & Events
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Strategize, plan, and implement HRCC engagement events including global leadership meetings, town halls, appreciation weeks, leader connections, and virtual team experiences.
- Develop content such as event toolkits, PowerPoint decks, interactive activities, SharePoint pages, and event communications.
- Evaluate engagement success by tracking participation, gathering feedback, and analyzing data to identify trends and improve the effectiveness.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with HRCC and enterprise leaders to align engagement initiatives with Hilton's company-wide goals and strategies.
- Support leader communications tied to engagement initiatives, ensuring organizational goals, themes, and programs are aligned.
- Build partnerships across the enterprise to maximize visibility and participation in engagement opportunities.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Lead coordination, communications, and pre- and post-event engagement strategies to ensure impactful outcomes.
- Develop engagement campaigns that support enterprise-wide initiatives such as Catch Me at My Best, Team Member Appreciation Week, enterprise awards and recognition, and more.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of professional work experience.
- Experience writing, editing, and adapting content for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- Professional experience managing and delivering large-scale or enterprise-wide events and campaigns.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives at once.
- Creativity in designing engaging, inclusive experiences that foster culture and belonging.
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or completed coursework in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Two (2) years' experience in internal communications, event management, or employee engagement-focused role.
- Experience creating strategies and materials to support events and initiatives.
- Experience with event platforms and tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and design-video tools (e.g., Canva, Camtasia).
- Knowledge of engagement campaigns and initiatives best practices.

The annual salary range for this role is $55,000 - $80,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
