Senior Sales Manager - Signia by Hilton Indianapolis
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel group sales experience, within a property of 301+ rooms
- Strong working knowledge of Delphi FDC, including account management, reporting, and group forecasting, is highly preferred
- Proven ability to strategically sell and manage large-scale group business
Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, opening environment
Sales Incentive
Hilton offers a best-in market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company’s financial success. The Plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus eligible earnings.
