Senior Sales Manager - Signia by Hilton Indianapolis
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 4 years of hotel group sales experience
Proven experience selling for a large “big box” hotel, with the ability to manage high-volume and complex group business
Strong working knowledge of Delphi FDC, including account management, reporting, and group forecasting
Ability to strategically sell and manage groups with 450 peak rooms and above
Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced opening environment
Sales Incentive
Hilton offers a best-in market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company’s financial success. The Plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus eligible earnings.
