What Will I Be Doing?
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will serve as the hotel’s representative to prospective clients and customers seeking guestrooms, meeting space, food and beverage services, and more. In this role, you will:
Respond to sales inquiries and initiate new business opportunities
Prospect, qualify, and solicit potential clients
Conduct site visits, entertain clients, and provide detailed property information
Prepare proposals, determine rates, negotiate contracts, and service assigned accounts
Analyze lost business to strengthen future sales opportunities
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue and room night goals
Partner with internal departments to ensure all requested services are delivered seamlessly
This role plays a critical part in shaping the commercial success of a landmark opening on Kaua‘i.
