· College degree
· 3 years or above hotel sales and luxury hotel experience
· Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing, negotiating and sales procedures associated with the hotel industry.
· Excellent English written skills sufficient to communicate reflecting the Hilton image.
· Good communication, organization and presentation skills
· Able to work under strong pressure
· Understand local customers and have strong market analysis ability
· Initiative and proactive
· Have certain customer resources
· Able to lead by example.
