What are we looking for?
Success will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Demonstrated experience analyzing industry trends and adapting to changing markets.
- Excellent command of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint, and Delphi FDC.
- Commitment to living Hilton's values and applying our overall Lead With Culture approach.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Ten (10) years of professional experience.
- Seven (7) years of experience in Hospitality Management, Sales, or Revenue Management.
- Three (3) years of Regional Multi-Unit Operation / Sales Leadership experience.
- Fluency to speak, read, write, and present in English and Spanish.
- Travel up to 80% of the time, both domestic and international.
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management platforms.
- Fluency to speak, read, write, and present in Portuguese.
