What are we looking for?
We believe success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and track record of negotiating while maintaining professional integrity
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of experience in Architecture and Construction
- Four (4) years of project management experience
- Travel - as needed
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design or Construction
- Ten (10) years of experience in Architecture and Construction
- Five (5) years of experience with the design and construction of Hospitality (hotel) projects
- Licenses or Certificates in Architecture and/or
- Engineering Experience with Blue Beam
- Preference for candidates based in southwest region or Memphis, TN
