HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Design, implement, and certify standard network architecture configurations to the Hotel LAN.
  • Approve Network and Firewall new and change requests
  • Provide P1 & P2 level escalation support to the Support Desk as part of the Network Deployment On-Call roster.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Assist end-users and vendors with implementation, triage, and other network-related issues
  • Assist Global Network Engineering and Information Security teams with implementing global standards, remediating risks, and ensuring Compliance Indicators are tracked and met.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Hotel Meraki ADM Network, Network Access Control, and related technologies.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of work experience in a Technology Operations role preferably within a WAN/ LAN Engineering or Operations role
  • You are a Network Engineer with Cisco or Meraki experience with the ability to plan, configure, troubleshoot, and support switch networks.
  • Open, willing, and comfortable with travel globally up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 5+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 7+ years of Technology related experience 
  • Advanced certifications e.g. – CMSS, CMNO, CCNP, CCIE, JNCP, or JNCIE
  • Bilingual or multi-lingual
