Senior Manager, Technology Sourcing (Procurement)

• Experience with Value Added Reseller (VARs) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) relationships and technology indirect and direct supplier agreements/ contracts
• Evaluate supplier strengths and competitive positioning using industry cost models
• Implement supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional partners and suppliers to reach an agreement on contract terms and conditions
• Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect the continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities
• Highly organized to balance multiple work streams and numerous projects
• Outstanding presentation skills and written and spoken communications
• Discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
• Decision-makers, who exercise sound judgment, consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and provide recommendations for optimal solutions.
• Communicators who will positively influence Hilton’s partners, both verbally and in writing, with excellent comprehension skills and to communicate effectively at all levels
• Conscientious self-starters, who take the initiative, can meet tight deadlines, operate with a cool head under time constraints, effectively balance concurrent demands, and prioritize responsibilities. Possess collaboration skills to build positive relationships and trust.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years working in purchasing, procurement, supply chain management, contract negotiations, or P&L management
• Direct experience with the Technology specific to category contracts for Software, SaaS, Hardware, Telecommunications, and/or Cloud agreements
• Sound knowledge of legal terminologies involved in Master Agreements and Technology SOWs
• Understanding of and working knowledge of eProcurement tools, such as Coupa or similar tool

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
• Ten (10) years of experience in Technology or Hospitality supply chain management and contract negotiations
• CPSM, CPM, or CHA certification

For Colorado applicants only: The annual salary range for this role starts at $81,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, short-and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, and our travel discount. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
