Senior Manager Supply Chain & Sustainability Reporting

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Lead month-end close and reporting for HSM, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage direct reports and Center of Excellence teams to strengthen process effectiveness and consistency.
• Implement process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor global sustainability disclosure requirements, perform gap analyses, and ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee preparation and review of mandated sustainability reports across global jurisdictions.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Lead or contribute to cross-functional working groups—including sustainability, supply chain, legal, and human resources—to prepare for future sustainability-related reporting requirements.
• Partner with HSM business leaders and FP&A teams to address critical accounting and reporting needs, ensuring financial insights and compliance support HSM's projected growth.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Guide global readiness for sustainability reporting regulations, ensuring compliance strategies are executed across all impacted regions.
• Lead the implementation of software solutions to track greenhouse gas emissions within the supply chain, partnering with technology and procurement teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
• Oversee the identification and execution of process improvements across departments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of work experience in accounting, financial or sustainability reporting.
• Travel up to 10%.

It would be useful if you have:

• Certified Public Accountant license
• Experience analyzing sustainability data
• Cross Functional Project Management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Platform applications and tools (Sharepoint, Power Query, Power BI, Copilot, etc.)
• Familiarity with the GHG protocol and GRI Standards
