Senior Manager, SEO
What are we looking for?
• An SEO professional with experience who has demonstrable experience building, shaping, and executing international SEO strategies.
• A confident communicator and strong influencer with impeccable senior stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in communicating with international teams and non-SEO audiences alike, using your influencing skills to explain the ‘why’ of SEO - develop new strategies and streams of organic traffic for the target regions.
• A user focused SEO who strives to deliver exceptional user experiences via a mix of SERP analysis, on-page optimisations, technical, and local SEO tactics.
• E-commerce SEO experience, understanding the nuances of the vertical from a technical, architectural, and content perspective.
• A passionate, agile SEO who keeps up to date with industry changes and ever evolving algorithm updates and SERP presentations with the ability communicate these evolutions to key stakeholders.
• A true all-rounder with demonstrable experience in executing successful content strategies as well as communicating complex technical SEO requirements to product teams.
• An expert in local SEO strategies to drive clicks and are confident in communicating optimisation requirements to key stakeholders and agencies.
• You can quickly identify SEO initiatives that satisfy the search intent of international audiences, building SEO strategies tailored to users at the various stages of the buying cycle
• You are comfortable tailoring content and SEO requirements to the differing wants and needs of international audiences.
• In-depth understanding of (DMA) and its impact on search behaviour in the EU and regions, developing strategies to mitigate changing SERP presentations.
• Experience developing international SEO strategies in EMEA.
• Experience conducting iterative SEO testing, establishing robust hypotheses and core measurements for each experiment, presenting findings, and iterating your SEO strategy according to results.
