What are we looking for?

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously as/if required
  • Strong collaboration skills and diplomacy. Familiarity with working in a matrixed organization.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen and communicate goals and expectations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional and business ethics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work well under pressure and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.
  • Willingness to lead additional projects and assignments
  • Self-Starter, who can adapt to change quickly with a positive and optimistic outlook

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Six (6) years of professional experience in the hospitality or travel industry experience
  • Four (4) years of project management experience
  • Four (4) years of management experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Able to travel up to 40%

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or French
  • Two (2) years EV industry experience
  • Hilton Brand experience
  • Project Management (PMP) Certification or similar
  • Two (2) years of owner-relationship management experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and additional Hilton systems.
