Senior Manager Planning & Business Operations
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Work with the SVP and SIA leadership teams to establish annual, quarterly, and monthly priorities and facilitate their execution.
- Coordinate the development of key strategic priorities by sub-function and partner with SIA LT to ensure alignment on Hilton's broader KSPs.
- Coordinate and develop content including team communications, internal and external speaking engagements, and large corporate events.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Consult with the SIA leadership team to determine and prioritize business strategies and improve their team's execution to meet organizational goals.
- Partner closely with GBCS strategic planning, human resources, finance, vendor management, and communications to help align the SIA function.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Project management, organizational change management, resource management, and governance for central initiatives within the team.
- Plan and create agenda and content for SIA engagements including Leadership Team offsites, monthly all hands, and new team member onboarding.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of work experience in any related field
- Four (4) years of work experience in project, program, and/or organizational change management
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
