Senior Manager, Performance Media - Asia Pacific (6 months’ maternity cover)
What are we looking for?
A Senior Manager, Performance Media - APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- BA / BS bachelor's degree or experience in-lieu of
- Experience in performance marketing / media, growth marketing roles
- Hands-on experience within digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, DV60 etc.)
- Experience in agency management
- Experience of handling direct reports
- Strong technical expertise especially in the digital performance marketing space, with the ability to device strategies that deliver strong business results
- Experience managing complex multi-channel and multi-regional media programs which includes various agencies and internal stakeholders
- Expertise in analyzing data to make strategic and tactical recommendations; ability to help develop analytical skills among direct reports
- Highly organized and comfortable managing and optimizing complicated processes
- Strong collaborator that can work with agencies and stakeholders to ensure the media engine continues to run efficiently
