Hilton are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing & eCommerce Consulting EMEA to join our team in Watford. Within this role you will be responsible for enabling Hilton hotels in EMEA to reach optimal online presence and visibility levels to drive online channel performance. You will support hotels on escalated commercial performance questions, working with our media partners, commercial stakeholders, and the wider Marketing and Loyalty organization. The role also entails introducing marketing and eCommerce advertising opportunities that drive bookings on direct channels, as well as third-party sites. 

You will become an ambassador for driving hotel performance by enabling hotels with selected commercial tools, programs, and trainings. Securing digital direct channel share for our EMEA hotels will be one of your key focus areas while supporting the Marketing and eCommerce team in building a wider framework for lower funnel opportunities at the hotel level.

What will I be doing? 

The Senior Manager will support and report into the Director of Marketing & eCommerce Consulting EMEA and is responsible for optimisation of Marketing & eCommerce Consulting programs and initiatives, which support and drive digital bookings on Hilton brand and 3rd party platforms in the EMEA.

Your core responsibilities will include but not limited to:

                     Hotels Digital Performance: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and eCommerce initiatives and tactics that align with Hilton's business objectives and drive bookings through direct digital channels. Be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the digital presence of Hilton's hotels, ensuring a consistent and engaging online experience for customers.

                     Hotels Digital Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for Hilton's hotels, representing their interests and ensuring their digital marketing needs are met. This includes working closely with hotel stakeholders to understand their specific requirements and tailoring marketing strategies accordingly, monitoring execution and optimisation of performance marketing and lower-funnel initiatives, including search engine marketing, paid media, and local search.

                     Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively in a matrix environment, collaborating with various teams across different functions, including Marketing, Brand and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with overall business goals. Liaise with stakeholders to address specific commercial needs and performance analysis.

                     Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of digital channels, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Address complex commercial eCommerce and marketing questions from EMEA hotels and internal corporate teams.

                     Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, ensuring Hilton's marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive. Identify opportunities to scale individual hotel solutions to the entire portfolio.

                     Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.

                     Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge in digital marketing and eCommerce. Assess and introduce new technologies to gain efficiencies and strengthen the self-serve proposition for hotel training.

                     Ideation Participation: Actively participate in formal and informal ideation processes to contribute initiatives to the enterprise-wide value workstream.

                     Previous experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, PowerBI)

                     Previous experience with Web Analytics and Data Visualisation platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, or similar)

                     Education: BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or experience in lieu thereof
