HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Develop deliverables, including the creation of brand reports, and ad-hoc analysis to articulate Hilton’s position within the competitive landscape
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the research vendor and lead all aspects of daily project management of the brand health program
- Proactively uncover and deliver insights to key collaborators in Marketing & Loyalty and the broader Hilton organization
- Build dynamic visualizations and strong narratives to bring the Brand story to life
- Lead a team, focusing on team member development with an emphasis on market research techniques, storytelling, and intuition for business
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with Marketing & Brand teams to understand current and future business objectives, finding opportunities across the competitive landscape
- Partner with internal teams and with agencies to develop and ensure the accuracy of all deliverables to highlight opportunities for Hilton to further its reach and expand to new opportunities within the hospitality ecosystem.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Lead all aspects of the current execution of the Global Brand Health Program for Hilton and its Trading Brands; while working to evolve and grow the program to ensure it reflects the business' evolving needs
WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional experience in marketing, marketing research, loyalty, or consulting responsibilities
- Four (4) years of quantitative research experience including but not limited to Max Diff, Conjoint Analysis, Regression, Turf, Cluster Analysis, and other Multivariate statistical methodologies
- Three (3) years of experience managing third-party market research vendors, from the bid process to deliverable execution
- Experience managing a Brand Health Tracker and/ or VOC platform
- Experience working on the client side (in-house) and conducting market research
- Experience researching across international markets
- Work a hybrid schedule out of our corporate office in McLean, VA
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience managing a brand health program across multiple brands and markets
- Experience leading a team
- Experience working in Hospitality or a related industry
- Experience with measurement tools such as advanced Excel techniques, SPSS, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar tools – crosstab tool
