Senior Manager, Luxury Brand Management & Strategy
What are we looking for?
We are looking for strategic problem solvers who are passionate about strategy and who love to have the opportunity to create dynamic changes to our brands!
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in synthesizing reports. This includes proposing recommendations for improvements to performance and future strategy
- Innovative problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate
- Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems. Proven track record of strong progress towards completion timelines
- Effective interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate project objectives across audiences. This includes building positive relationships with partners when communicating objectives
- Lead all aspects of multiple projects and priorities, ability to manage priorities under time constraints, and effectively balance concurrent demands
- Conduct consulting style market assessment and benchmarking to resolve strategic opportunities
- Craft & present brand presentations and collateral
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of working experience with role functioning in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Corporate Planning Capacity
- Three (3) years of project management experience
- Able to travel 50% of the time
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Three (3) years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
- Two (2) years of experience in Marketing and/or Design
- Experience in brand personality or commercial performance experience
- Experience in Hotel Operations, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, and/or Brand Performance Support
