Senior Manager Learning Technology Enablement

This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Sr. Manager Learning Experience Design you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Learning Technology Enablement team reporting to, Director, Learning Technology Enablement you will support learning transformation initiatives, including advancing Hilton's learning ecosystem, optimizing platform and accessibility standards, and implementing technology-driven solutions that elevate the global Team Member experience.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- You will lead a team of learning technology and experience design associates to ensure agreement, performance, and growth.
- You will translate business and learner needs into scalable platform and capability requirements across LMS, LXP, microlearning, accessibility, and digital delivery.
- You will assess emerging learning technologies to determine understanding of Hilton's learning strategy, ecosystem, and long-term roadmap.
How you will collaborate with others:
- You will partner with Learning and HR leadership to align platform decisions, roadmap milestones, and experience design direction.
- You will work with HR Technology, ServiceNow, IT, and Procurement to deliver platform enhancements and integrations.
- You will engage external vendors and technology partners to ensure solutions meet accessibility, scalability, and requirements.
What you will take ownership of:
- You will oversee the development of Hilton's global learning ecosystem—including LMS, LXP, ServiceNow, and digital learning platforms—to ensure a seamless and scalable Team Member experience.
- You will establish governance frameworks and standards to ensure instructional design, accessibility, branding, and platform usage across our teams and external partners.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience
- Three (3) years of learning technology or digital learning solutions experience
- Two (2) years of learning systems administration experience
- Experience with vendor management or change management
- Travel up to 15%
It would be useful if you have:
- LMS, LXP, and ServiceNow administration or product enablement experience
- Instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
