Senior Manager, Learning

What are we looking for?

We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Perform vital learning program updates to learning material including, but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, pre-work guides, support documents, and participant guides.
• Collaborate with other members of the Global Learning and Talent Development team, as well as gauge innovative approaches to learning that are rooted in adult learning theory.
• Build partnerships with Senior Leaders, Learning and Development, training vendors, or others.
• Collaborate with business partners on learning needs and provide recommendations on learning strategies.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of professional experience
• Three (3) years of learning and development experience
• Previous experience facilitating proactive and responsive learning solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word including the ability to understand/build/manipulate presentations, spreadsheets, and documents

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
• Ten (10) years of professional experience
•  Four (4) years of supervisory experience
• Virtual Instructor Lead Learning Experience and Learning Production
• All-inclusive hotel or brand experience
• Bi-lingual Spanish
