The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Evidence of cross-functional collaboration and partnership.
  • Ability to see big-picture, bridge multiple project portfolios, and thrive in multitasking.
  • Alignment with Hilton’s purpose to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • One (1) year of previous management experience, including leading agency/external partners and/or cross-functional working groups.
  • Experience within a large global organization and/or a mid-to-large size communications agency.
  • Ability to work on-site at the McLean, VA office an average of 2-3 days a week.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree and/or MA/MS Master’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience building and/or supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience working in Canva.
