Senior Manager, Innovation Delivery

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Begin with a strategy, define a clear end state and outcomes, develop a practical path to achieving this, and explain your steps in a compelling and easy to understand narrative.
• Build solid business cases rooted in creative and cross functional problem solving.
• Oversee the planning, execution and scaling of innovation projects and pilots, ensuring cross-functional alignment, efficient delivery, and successful change management. Track and report out on progress in a disciplined and concise way.
• Maintain visibility into emerging technologies, trends, and process improvements to ensure Hilton is focused on the most impactful innovations in support of its business goals.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Lead the analysis and delivery of new ideas, concepts and delivery models in partnership with leaders across Brands, Commercial, Marketing, Technology and Development.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams to plan, test and deliver new innovations across the organization.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Lead the delivery of innovation projects and pilots that drive strategic growth, efficiency or new capabilities and experiences. New ideas and concepts are typically focused on but are not limited to: •New processes and operational models •New capabilities and technology solutions •New concepts and products to enhance customer experience

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of work experience in innovation, management consulting and/or product/program delivery
• Experience defining and delivering new, innovative initiatives across a complex, cross-functional organization
• Experience storytelling, creating and delivering presentations to C-Level partners
• Willing to travel up to 10%

It would be useful if you have:

• BA/BS Bachelor's Degre
• Program management certification or familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, design thinking, or experimentation
