HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Manage project planning, timelines, communications, and work with project team leads to ensure critical tasks meet expectations.
- Organize and support Annual Strategy sessions, team offsite agenda and content and post session recap.
- Create centralized processes (such as Hilton’s project management approach) to help our company be efficient and clear on accountability and priorities.
- Lead ad-hoc/project-based analysis highlighting drivers of positive and negative performance as they relate to project goals.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Establish annual target setting process and future strategic planning efforts.
- Manage teams focused on reporting, as it relates to strategic goals and initiatives.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Manage monthly and quarterly business reviews, track business trends and any relevant business metrics.
- Provide insight and analysis on workstreams focused on growth plan and key initiatives.
- Organize strategic planning sessions for HSM Sales, HSM Commercial, and HSM Supplier Programs.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Six (6) years of professional work experience
- Four (4) years of work experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Business Case Development, and/or Consulting
- Three (3) years of experience building successful presentations (including executive-level presentations) and leading workstreams across organizations
- Ability to work in the McLean, VA office weekly as required
It would be useful if you have:
- Three (3) years of project management experience and working collaboratively with all levels
- Experience using data to support decision-making
- Experience navigating a diverse/matrixed organization to lead the implementation of efficient planning processes
