Senior Manager, HR Systems
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

What your day-to-day will be like:
- Lead and optimize Core HR configuration within Oracle HCM to support stable, compliant global HR operations
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive resolution to minimize business impact
- Partner with Payroll, Talent, Performance, and other HR teams to deliver platform enhancements and improvements
- Lead configuration and design changes, including ongoing adoption of the Oracle Redwood UI
- Support release execution through configuration readiness, testing, and issue resolution
- Ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a consistent, high-quality user experience across regions
- You will manage and optimize Core HR system configuration, monitor system health, and resolve issues to support ongoing HR operations globally.
How you will collaborate with others:
- You will collaborate with Payroll, Talent, Performance, and other HR teams to deliver enhancements, lead and manage system design changes, including the transition to the new Oracle UI, support releases and testing, and ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and strong user experience.
- Partner closely with the Director of Core HR to align execution to platform strategy, roadmap, and governance decisions
- Collaborate with regional HR Technology Service Delivery and Enablement teams to understand local requirements and support change adoption
- Work with integration, security, reporting, and downstream system teams to assess impacts of Core HR configuration changes
- Provide daily guidance and quality oversight to configuration analysts and external implementation partners
- Act as a trusted Core HR configuration advisor to HR Technology peers and business stakeholders
- Resolve complex Core HR issues and partner across HR and Technology teams
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Lead system design changes in partnership with cross-functional teams, including the transition to the new Oracle UI- Redwood
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five plus (5+) years of deep, hands-on experience configuring Oracle HCM Core HR
- Strong understanding of Core HR data models, workforce structures, and end-to-end employment life-cycle processes
- Experience supporting global or multi-country HR environments, including localization and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience to translate business needs into scalable, compliant system configurations
- Experience supporting system releases, testing cycles (unit, regression, end-to-end), and production deployments
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience in a platform COE or product-based HR Technology model
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM security concepts, integrations, and downstream system dependencies
- Experience supporting Oracle Redwood UI transitions or large UI redesigns
- Prior experience mentoring or providing day-to-day guidance to configuration analysts
- Experience working with external implementation or AMS partners
- BA/BS Bachelor's or MA/MS Master's Degree
